    Months I agree, years I totally disagree.

    If QPN strike gas in these first drillings, they will have major investors crawling all over them and will go to production sooner rather than later.

    You may or may not realise but the state owned Pertamina has a vested interest in this proceeding and they own the infrastructure. They can bring this to production quickly once they have the required capital, of which I have no doubt will be available to QPN in spades.

    Another recent benefit to QPN is that Indonesia has recently been granted international investment status. As the largest economy of SE Asia and growing rapidly as an emerging market, there will be plenty of investors lining up for this.
