Furniture, one of the drillers in our pool sent me a copy of his project quoting list. In 2011 they quoted on 173 projects (individual drilling programs, some from as small at 1,000m to as big as 20,000m), 2012 was 120, 2013 was 35, 2014 was 19, 2015 was 15 and so far for this year he's sent out 9 (most RC programs are down to 1,500m to 2,000m with diamond programs down to 600m to 1,500m). He say's the increase in quotes so far this year, mainly stems from the fact that many of his competitors have gone. Market conditions for his company in his work space has improved, albeit the size of the jobs have drastically decreased. Unit pricing from 4 years ago is off 40 to 60%, with most costs (outside of fuel) remaining very much the same.
