All Bear on industry investment, as there is still nothing available showing we've turned that corner yet, but slightly Bullish on BLY SP on the short-term.

With most rigs with miners, they'll get a kick with a recovery in metal prices (and hopefully more work). Miners don't need to raise funds (or shouldn't have too - LOL), and therefore BLY will get the benefit.

BEAR on industry investment, but Bullish (~ a 5) on the Short-term for BLY SP going up.

I can't help thinking, that a change in the SP sentiment, they'll look at a way of raising funds to pay down debt.
