Offtake agreement will secure funding for CES $3 million per 1 million tonnes of coal shipped per year. Based on what I am aware of we could be looking at 2 mill tonnes per year by 2012 to the client and enough coal to be mined at that rate till 2024. That is $6 million dollars to CES in royalties from PT Toba Jaya per year.
No further cap raisings need.
Plenty of cash from sales to further developed there other coal deposits and also could start preparation for commencing a jorc on their iron ore deposits of 64% fe if memory serves me correctly.
The boat has set sales IMO but where it docks nobody knows :-)
