Fundamentaly this stock has phenominal upside if it secures more contracts and technically it is ready to rock'n'roll.
Even more importantly is the style of buying at the moment. There is a real concerted effort to clear out each incremental level without surging ahead of itself. This is very powerfull accumulation.
