Hey Tim, you seem to be pretty bullish about this stock and there are some pretty interesting days ahead potentially. Do you think the big catalyst in the near term is the farm-out? Assume they want to get the share price as high as possible to ensure the capital raise will be the least dilution that they can get. I also assume that's why Hartley's are pumping it as they will be the lead underwriter? Just questions really and the shale industry looks like it has farther to go. Interested in any thoughts you may have on this stock.
