Unfortunately it's a decision you have to make yourself. Whenever i buy i generally have an idea what i would exit at if things went the wrong way. But I would myself be out well before I let it chew up 50% of my investment unless there were indicators where you can see a turnaround happening in the company.
The longer the company goes the way it is financially I can't see it heading positive for a very long time. Others in this forum have posted that this stock will go to the moon this year however I'm very skeptical that this will happen.
