I'd prefer Gynormous as a replacement for both Gigantic or enormous, or better still humongous as a direct replacement for huge.

Wikipedia tells me "Dermatitis was estimated to affect 245 million people globally in 2015".

245 million people that can't get rid of a filthy skin condition no matter what they do or how hard they try.

Then along comes BOT and solves their problem.

All of a sudden millions, upon millions, of people rush to the doctors to try this new medication in an effort to live their lives like every other normal person.

How many people do you think wont be BOThered trying this new miracle cure, especially those debilitated by this terrible affliction.

Even 10% of that would be pretty Gynormous and would see this go absolutely ballistic.

24.5million x maybe $20.00 (profit per script) every 6 months, that's a meager $1B p/a. This doesn't even take into account Acne or Psoriasis.

Maybe it's more, maybe it's less, but either way it will be quite humongous if the trials are successful.
