I agree the 7c options award is outrageous. I've been trading shares for 5 years now, but this is the first time I'll have sent in a vote (NO!) to a company meeting. I questioned the guy about something at a conference a couple of years ago and felt then that he was completely disdainful of the concerns of smaller shareholders.
