A friend of mine spoke to management earlier this week and was told that Pattersons, Shaws, Harcourts were underwriting the placement. Details to be announced tomorrow. I know from experience that when Pattersons get stock at a discount, they're more than happy to dump.
Buy wholesale and dump retail. I would do the same given the opportunity.
