agree - it appears the recent rights issue has now been absorbed by the market & is starting to be re-rated. Appears undervalued in it's sector when compared to it;s peers -gcl ,exl,mcc.. Worth having a look at as it has a resource of world quality coking coal & LOM 20 years & is starting expansion plans (reason for rights issue) to commence production from 1mtpa to 4mta by 2007. Institutions hold a fair proportion of SOI.
