PSF is in the middle of a backdoor/reverse takeover, notice their last ann was in Dec 2013, well before Syntonic involvement.
This will be an old exec from years ago - they are probably forcing / asking all the old crew to exit and start from a clean slate.
If it was say Gary (new CEO), dumping any shares - then would be cautious. As if that will happen tho at this stage!!
