So after the acquisition has been completed and performance milestones are achieved that would make the current market cap 24.79 million for every 1 cent in the share price.
That makes the current market cap 74.73 million.
Now this is the reason why investors like myself have not bought into this yet regardless of how good and potentially profitable the acquisition looks.
