    I just did a calculation. There is going to be 1,954,276,880 shares in total after the acquisition.

    This makes the Market cap at .031 cents $25 405 599.44

    This seems to be cheep to be for a company that has canceled the need for $7 million due to already having revenues of this amount.

    Thoughts anyone.
