As I noted in the "options" thread there can't be a big dump of newly issued oppies at the moment as there are only 1.6 million being bid for
I guess it's possible someone is trying to manipulate the CXO shareprice down in the lead-up to tomorrow morning's meeting in the hope of picking up some cheap CXOOAs. If so watch for a big lowball bid to appear.
Or maybe the CXO price is being held down until the issue has been approved, looks pretty generous with hindsight - 43.5M oppies free with 43.5M 2.2c shares.
