In my most recent chat with Mr Paul Marshall; I had asked him if the matter is in the court regarding LOTS compensation. He replied we are not using court channel that can be a lengthy process; and they will just slowly keep on negotiating. Can't pressurise or speed up.
That's the reason I am saying days/weeks or months; because if company has to go through the court if that's the final resource for them or they're really instigated to use that channel for the sake of shareholders then couple of months delay could be there for ML.
Or else if negotiations are fine then stamping shouldn't be a problem and we may have some news next week or after.
