Because one set of presentations, Webinars, interviews, does not mean that the company has captured every potential investors attention and visited every single investment bank in the world. It's an ongoing process.

The share price is not a sole factor for whether a potential investor or micro fund will decide to enter and neither is your opinion on their risk appetite. I would imagine a lower EV/EBITDA multiple (More bang for buck) would also add positives to any risk/reward weighting during this round of roadshows.
