You analysis of the last 5 month's revenue trajectory paints a more realistic picture than looking at PCP % growth.
Your comments around management being rewarded for little generation of shareholder value to date is also a legitimate comment to make. However IMO your time frames are all wrong. The two points above are worthy of consideration and discussion, but only after a longer period of time in which we get a truer view of the company's performance to judge management on.
With respect to your comments about the options, I don't think that is an issue at all. Management said they use options to be able to attract high quality staff, rather than paying them in cash in the early stages of growth. I know i would rather them be given options, rather than reducing free cash flow and increasing the potential of capital raisings for operational BAU.
