the Debt is not For the old ..Q+A business..and Debt wont be Serviced from the old Q+A business. revenues
CM8 has $19m of debt .. from purchasing its new TRACK business
thats earning an extra $13m+ Net profit for CM8..in the coming Year.
So Debt Servicing is Covered by Track ..
..with Plenty of Cash..leftover for other things .. like Expansion and Dividends.
