Track is not earning $14 net profit. They "hypothesised" that they may make around that in EBITDA - which is a lot different. Also, now that they own Track, they will most likely put Track and the original CM8 business all under 1 umberella and then use that to pay off debt or expand the Cm8 apps. At least you'd hope so.
