Fall of this magnitude will not finish just in one day, let's see whether it will fall further tmr. Guess the question in a lot of investors mind now is, what now? Basically a company with no growth and slowly declining occupancy rate will give very very little Buy indication. Mate, even if I have capital aside, I would be hesitate. Plus the raising interest rate n poor economy environment. The problem with Australian economy is it never transform thanks to the mining boom (curse).
