general comments:
Amro’s and Austock are both bullish on VIR. Amro’s target is 1.17 while Austock has a target of 1.20



VIR has been consolidating around it’s 100 day moving average for around 3 months.
Breaking out today on light volume. Watch for more consolidation above .95 or jump on any momentum. I doubt that this will be a runner but may be a good trade up to 1.10 in the short term.
