If they cancel the SPP, keep the paltry $2.5M from the CR then dilution is minimal of 5% and SP can then run. If cash strapped, then just defer the Investec loan & TC yet again like the last 12 months.

Very simple, they dont need this $2.5M extra cash, so prove it,
