low volume flatlining, new ledge, low onscreen offerees up top
RIM Eduardo out of the top 20 so no motivated sellers this time around
Accumulating INSTO buyer at 12-17 from last run in April/May is still around
drop away 17-10 was on very light volume compared to the way up, almost a third less volume

Should see a run at 16-18 resistance if more good drill results come out.

Its held a lot tighter this time around
