Just one for the technical team. The way I see this is we have a massive breakout underway. Here is the four year chart.
Long term downtrend is smashed.
Volumes are rising.
The merger with SEA has the clock ticking....
And to top it off the 21 day SMA is likely to cross the 200 SMA before the end of the week the way the price is tracking.

Left field goodies might include a late counter offer against SEA and a monster well result from the current EFS well undergoing a frac. Those of you unfamiliar with TXN check their drill results they ain't half bad and I'd be more inclined to be expecting a good result than otherwise.
Final confirmation we're ready to rip is TXN is tied to SEA which noone seems very keen to sell right now.
