Another big day ahead with the launch of Praetorian and Centurion in Australia. Lets hope we get a some other stuff as well a corporate update.
As for yesterday, anybody who values a going concern as worth less due to a revaluation of intangibles (probably Goodwill) alone, needs to looks at how they value a forward looking tech company. As for that Goodwill, the former board and their auditors have a lot to answer for seeing that their unexplained balance built up over a period of years. Were investors were misled over this time (intentionally or unintentionally)? - you decide. Then again, maybe the Goodwill deservedly evaporated due to the way TZ's relationships under the former board deteriorated with clients and their own employees.
Anyway, July 1 was a fresh start but I still hope that some further light is shed in the audited accounts.
Let's see today whether the market is rational.
