The chart does reflect a consolidation phase but the news from Greece and Italy very promising as is the general market response. We could achieve what in TA terms is referred to as a "breakout" from consolidation if the current positive market sentiment is accompanied with some positive company news, otherwise imo we will continue to move marginally with the markets rather than a breakout. I am optimistic because imo I expect an update on Dubai before years end and maybe an update on other aspects of PRR. Nasdaq of course has become a bit of sleeper that could suddenly awaken us from the lol "deep sleep".
