Charts are price, volume & time I wouldn't be to excited about breaking trend lines at this point as really PRR at present is trading in the channel it has held since August & even pressing the trendlines you have there is no volumne to accompany it. Really it needs a close above 22c with volume to warrant a imminent breakout & I'm guessing that will only come with news. On that note though the high volume collapse is still the brick & a serious break out will be a close above 25c to void the day of the fall on large scale volume.
It will come but I wouldn't be getting excited about pressing those lines in your chart without anything else to add to it.
