As far as I can r'ber that the IPO prospectus said this company was not good for a dividend as they planned to invest everything into the chinese market. (I r'ber this very very vaguely. Could be wrong. But will try to dig back into the past & see)...so IMO, dividend play is out of the question...just looks like that it is waking up to its potential & sp is trying to mirror the NAV....
