centros debts were HIDDEN weren't they?
I mean I remember centro was like $8 and it fell to like 50c within a few weeks right?
so did centros debts just come out of the blue to the market?
I do like VCX assets, it does have a few dodgy little centres, but it has a lot of good quality in top locations assets as well, hopefully management don't stuff this co. up.
