    Weekly close has crossed above a weekly SPH (Swing Point High). Weekly breakout bar is weak - small range with the close almost equal to the open. No increase in volume.

    On a monthly chart it looks like it is trying to start a slow rally. 12 month exponential moving average is turning up.
