The SP has now been stuck on 18c for a week, and normally we would see it drift lower, but not this time. There seems to a concentrated effort in keeping the SP above 17.5. They (not sure who) continually build the buy stack at 17.5 and have little nibbles at 18.
Not sure why this would be, maybe for a CR or platform for next jump, who knows.
