Accumulation around the 15.5 level has been ongoing for a while, and the supply appears to be diminishing.
The recent brief move to the 16-17 range prompted some selling, but further significant accumulation will likely require a return to 16-17 and most likely break above this price range. Which then brings us to test the 18.5 high.
