    options will not be exercised if there are no tangible results from the lithium drilling

    if there are tangible results from the lithium drilling then options are not required anyone as $ can be raised at a higher price

    if there are no tangible results from the lithium drilling, the heads will struggle to maintain 20 cent price

    so i doubt Zohar can manipulate things too much
