I can see sun solar being integrated into AGL at some point to increase their carbon offsets.
Having to keep some carbon baseloads longer gives them some flex to still maintain their new green focus.
All assumes the Singapore cable may not proceed and if so they have an effective baseline solar in place which would be a good thing for AGL imo.
Cabling up to grids to service NT and north qld such as isa could be a successful alternative to Bettaloo gas.
