Happy days at the moment, but I've been HODLing (accumulating/averaging down to be precise) since March 2021 - so it's been very bumpy from all that bottoming out.
With JP Morgan rating it a buy at $14.30, I suspect analysts are expecting an earnings beat come August 10 (and a larger dividend than forecast at the investor day) - pure speculation.
If management don't deliver what's expected, we could have a bit of a share price retreat on August 10. Praying I don't end up depressed like I did in February (what a shock 8 cents was and the ensuing 10% drop!).
My opinion has been for some while that AGL is a 10bn+ Market Cap company (sp ~$14.8), and probably closer to Origin which is $15bn (which it is fair to say is currently undervalued).
Not sure if 'Mr Market' agrees, but let's see...
