The reach/growth to $13 is only about 17% - that is, (IMHO) very much within the realms of possibility by the end of the year, in my humble opinion.
Thanks to those recent great news stories coming out of Victoria, overall SP confidence has grown.
The media also seems to have stopped beating AGL to death. While not a darling of the press, it is now at least getting a fair hearing.
AGL is no longer a swear word.
