if ORG buyout becomes too expensive - I cannot see why they wouldn't have another pass at AGL. certainly no divestments required for AGL (certainly some non core assets, but nothing that would cause ASIC to demand an asset be sold off to avoid monopolistic positions)
Brookfield certainly have access to the capital required to transition old generation into new...
