This is a very speculative shock and we are all gambling on them finding something good. I can’t put a value on this at the moment other than possible potential in future.
Can anyone tell me how Morningstar (or anyone else for that matter) produces a fair value estimate which we then decide something is undervalued or overvalued?
Just for the record, I am holding a reasonable parcel of these babies but am under no illusion that they could be worth a lot or nothing depending of the next year or so activities. Hopefully they will be worth a lot!
