Not sure what the exact criteria is for Morningstar, but like Comsec it can change pretty quick. They had them being bearish not so long ago but changed their tune after a big day of buying.
Up for debate, but given the findings so far, timing of REE demand and price...it does seem pretty undervalued.
No illusions either.... it is high risk, and perhaps the current attitude of the company and forward approach taken re drilling/raising funds reflects this too.
Government cash up for grabs too if they can make the find.....so a rich reward.
