Morningstar do not have an analyst on MRD (MRD is way too small).
For many small stocks they do give a fair value price but it is done automatically - they use an algorithm that compares across similar sized stocks in the same sector and comes up with a number.
Do not attach too much weight to its valuations on stocks that it doesn't do a report on. For small stocks it can be useful to pick interesting ones to have a squiz at but not much more.
