Tortuga.. I doubt this is a pump and dump.. they wouldn't be able to get away with something of such huge volume, surely.
I think there are just some big players who want a big part of Nor.. and wouldn't be surprised if we're about to see another run, to push in to high 5's.
It seems they let it go quiet for an hour, for the sells to stack up in the next .5 ahead, then annihilate it!
Also, there is a buy bot accumulating appox 25000 every few mins!
This could be just the beginning
Other than daytraders taking a quick profit, without the balls to hold.. there's not much selling happening.
