No - I can't. All I know is it was a funding increase given to ASIC in the Federal budget recently.

ASX/ASIC can already trace every single trade - but the problem is, having the resources to do so, as far as I know.

There was an Aussie invention, used in the UK in the last couple of years, to bring some East European traders to Court over there.

Not saying it is anything to do with Paul O, just that ASX/ASIC will ask him if he knows of a leak?
Not sure how it works if there is a leak.....but it is coming from a SE Asia country??
