Has formed a nice flag pattern and threatening to breakout into the $1.40's. The quarterly update mentions several significant new contracts to be confirmed this quarter and the 66% increase in back to back quaterly profit seems to have escaped the market for the time being.
An undervalued play that should get more market attention....one well regarded institutional investor has loaded up big time on these.
