I'm not looking at the technicals .. you could be right and good luck with RCR.
I'm more into the fundamentals..
I always look at the EV (enterprise value) not the Market cap when evaluating a stock's p/e ratio.
if you look at the current market cap and add $60 mill to it .. the p/e ratio is starting to look expensive in my view.
And $60 mill is a sizeable debt.
