it can also be someone finishing off an order.brokers have to pay a fee for each day an order is traded, so if there are just a few shares left it can be worth flicking them for cheaper to save the asx fee. ( it reduces each day but is zero if an order does not trade in a day, so if you sell 99985 shares out of 100k it can be worth reducing the price to get rid of the last 15 shares as the fee is more than the difference)
