General expenses like staff and administration will increase slightly as sales grow. Advertising costs as you say are related to higher sales so as sales increase so will advertising costs. Manufacturing and supply costs will increase with sales lets say 60:40. Breaking even is not as simple as drawing a line in the sand with the assumption of constant expenses. Sales on average need to work a bit more than twice as hard as expenses to catch up. That is why my projected breakeven is so far ahead of yours. I know I sound pessimistic but I do not want you to turn into @thecore who expected the wrong thing and then threw in the towel when his beliefs did not eventuate.
I hope you are right about revenue of 900k or there about but realistically even 800k revenue and $1.4m expenses for the quarter would be a fantastic result.
