This will break out only when the manipulators and accumulators are ready to allow it. For a market lesson, look at the course of sales and match the similarities in the last 3 digits of many sales. And I'm not talking the 000s.
Funny also how the three sellers for 2,000,000 at 028 didn't participate in the day's trading. Just sat there doing there job.
