Confirmation that the $35MM was paid back to AED on Friday might indicate that the decks are being cleared in preparation for some corporate activity.
Did they not have until Jan 2010 to repay the deposit back in full? Agree that there was a significant IRR attached to it but it seems kinda strange from a management team that can be very seldom described as 'proactive'.
Whatever happens, I'm still down a motsa. If i get out of this flat I'll be happy.
