Disclosure, I hold PRR and I hope your correct.
Technically we have not broken out of the current channel. We closed at the same and higher levels before the 27th Jan.
Although my charting software is saying buy now (bullish signals) I am still waiting for more movement.
First target would be the 38fib @ 18.5 hasnt closed over that since the 20th October.
Not down ramping, just explaining what I see.
